I've faced challenges in my desire to become a healthier version of myself. After experimenting with numerous “diets and programs,” I realized that nothing truly sustained long enough. I struggled with discipline, both alone and with a trainer, as I needed a lifelong partner to ground me in their strength and power. Who could be a better companion than Jesus? There is truly no one who compares. As I have developed my relationship with Christ, I am confident I will continuously seek His word daily! I believed that if I could create a plan that incorporates God’s promises into my journey of self-improvement, my life can become healthier. He desires for both you and me to thrive. My prayer is that it resonates with you and inspires a desire for change through Jesus, who must always come first. Our lives gain more quality with Jesus and by having a more healthy body & mindset. Each step pairs biblical truth with reflection, prayer, and action to help you overcome emotional eating and find freedom through Christ. This is a guide you can apply to any journey you are on because it prompts you to place God first in all you do. Our guide aims to assist you in building a relationship with Jesus and scripture, while introducing new practices that align with Christ-like behaviors.
