Thank you for supporting our ministry and faith-based products. We pray each item blesses and encourages you. Due to the nature of our products and services, we have the following refund policy in place:

💌 Subscription Boxes (Grace Mail)

• All Grace Mail subscription box purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Because each box is carefully curated, packed, and sent out with love, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the order has been processed.
• Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order to avoid delays or lost items.

📥 Digital Products & Downloads

• All digital files (printables, devotionals, workbooks, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.
• If you have trouble accessing your file or need help downloading, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged or an item is missing, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

📍 Kentucky Sales Tax Notice

All physical goods shipped to Kentucky residents are subject to state sales tax in accordance with state law. Sales tax will be automatically applied at checkout.
