✨ Check on the Strong 💪🏾 Ones ✨ By: Zaundra 💕

So often we assume the people who are rooted in Christ, the ones who always show up, the encouragers, the prayer warriors, the leaders… don’t need help. But even the strong get weary. Even the ones who seem unshakable can be silently crying out.
Some cries for help are loud—spoken, visible, and clear. Others are silent—withdrawal, fatigue, busyness that masks emptiness. Both deserve to be heard.
Strength in Christ doesn’t mean we never struggle. It means we don’t carry the struggle alone. Scripture reminds us: “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ” (Galatians 6:2).
Today, let’s be intentional about checking on the strong ones in our lives. Send the text. Make the call. Offer to help. Pray with them, not just for them. Because even Moses needed Aaron and Hur to hold up his hands.
🙏 A Prayer for Discernment
Father, give us eyes to see beyond the surface and discern when those around us are weary. Help us to reach out with compassion and care, even to those who seem strong. May we be Your hands and feet to refresh the weary and remind them they are never alone.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
💡 Gentle Reminder: Rooted in Christ doesn’t mean we don’t need community—it means we thrive in it. I love you my friend. May the Lord give you the ability to keep pushing through in his strength no matter if the world may not hear you. The Lord does and he is your ultimate help and strength to help you keep going.
