You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Psalm 23:5

In the midst of confusion and darkness that we may face at times our hearts should be filled with hope from the Lord.

When things don’t work out we may think everyone is against us.

We should know if the Lord is for us who can be against us?

When we see the sunset, we should see the Lord smiling upon us. We walk out of our homes and have the ability to be embraced by nature and so much the Lord has created.

Our soul literally gets a nourishment from the beams of the precious sunlight.

Hearing the beautiful birds sing is so powerful. They know exactly what they are supposed to do. They don’t fret or get worried.

Seeing the butterflies flutter in the beautiful blue sky, knowing they were once in a cocoon, unable to see anything until they had the ability to use their strength from the Lord to burst out into the world of the unknown. Yet fluttering in beauty and vibrant colors all created by the Lord. They sway along without a care in the world. The Lord takes care of them, and they don't worry. He for surely do that for me and you.

He has never failed me or left me stranded in any way and I’m for sure he’s providing for you too. I know he can carry me and you through any dark valley that we may not see an end too. In the most troubled times, he has created an overflow of blessings to pour upon us all.

I sat and thought the other day that my heart craves and longs for things not for any other reason but for the glory of God. When the Lord sees we can handle what we desire and also if it’s in his will he will give to us. We must be content with what the Lord has already provided for us too.

Having the Lord we lack absolutely nothing. He doesn't act like man. We can trust in him without a doubt. He gives peace that surpasses all!

I know that there is a work in us all that needs to be done but while we are working, we must not stop praying or believing in the Lord. We have to trust his timing.

He knows the deepest desires of our hearts even the unspoken ones. We can trust him. We have the ability to see past our troubles knowing the Lord is right here with us. He has set a table before us.

Sometimes we think the world is against us but we must not worry about worldly untruths by others that may come before us.

The Lord stands upon a rock of salvation. He will provide provisions over things he has in his will for us. If he leads us to anything he will surely provide the order of our steps and it will be fulfilled.

We must trust and believe in his power. No one can stand in the way of what God said is rightfully yours. Stand firm on belief knowing the Lord has prepared a table for you.

He will protect you from any person trying to come and rob you of your joy.

We are all here on earth for a purpose and may everything we seek and do be all for the glory of God. To be a testimony to share with others. To help others see the goodness of our mighty Father that is alive in heaven that never sleeps.

Rest in his presence. Rest in his promises that you will have in life what is supposed to be yours. Be content with what you have as well.
